Through themed meetings centered around the Vital Conditions of Health organizing framework, the Learning Exchange will offer opportunities for meaningful engagement, inspiring guest speakers, interactive discussions, and actionable takeaways to help us in our shared mission of improving health and well-being.

If you cannot attend in person, you can attend virtually by registering via Zoom. Please note that we strive to make the virtual experience a good one, however, those who attend virtually may experience different or limited engagement opportunities during the in-person group activities and discussions.

Panel discussion: Hear from local leaders who are at the forefront of addressing housing and respite needs in our region. Gain valuable perspectives and insights into current initiatives, challenges, and opportunities. See panelist bios.

Interactive breakout sessions: Following the panel discussion, you'll have the chance to participate in smaller group discussions hosted by each of the panelists. This is an excellent opportunity to delve deeper into specific topics, exchange ideas, and learn from fellow community members.
